WEBSHOP. How to buy on-line: instructions and tips.

1.  PLACE AN ORDER

• Go to the product of your choice. By using the drop-down selection bars you can choose:
  - color (scroll or type the number if known);
  - type of backing (the standard backing of the article on stock is shown);
  - type of glue (permanent or removable PS);
  - matching self adhesive or machine tape, if necessary.
  
  
  
   
• Have you placed all products in the shopping cart? Here you can adjust the quantity of the ordered products to get the best price.
  Check your discount by clicking on button ! next to Discount column.
  
  
   
• You can also use Easy Order  to type your order as a list. It is a second tab page in the shopping cart.
  
  
   
• After adjusting, click on Save Changes  and the total amount will be updated.
   
• Are you ready with the order? Click on Send Order .

• Change password. If necessary you can change the password of your account.
   
• Order History. Here you can find all your orders, both invoiced and not supplied yet.  Click on the order to see all ordered articles.
  You can place articles in your Favorites list (1). You can also select items to reorder it at once (2).
   
• Favorites. If you regularly place an order for the same articles, you can set up a list with your Favorites items.
  You can create several Favorites lists, for different purposes, for different clients or collections. This will help you when placing orders next time. 
  
  
  
  
  
  3.  DELIVERY ADDRESS
   
• Indicate your own Order reference number
• Check your personal details.
• Put your delivery address if it differs from the postal address shown above.
• Choose the transport method. Only the transport costs of regular DPD parcel post for European countries will be indicated in your order. Otherwise, you can opt for your own forwarder or provide us with clear transport instructions. Please contact us for any logistic questions.
• Special instructions: provide us with clear instructions about delivery date, necessary export documents, etc.
  
   

4. PAYMENT

• In the next step you choose a payment method. This can be done via credit card (Visa, Master or American Express) or by using PayPal.
  You can also opt for a bank wire transfer, which should be arranged at once after the order is placed. Please use this order confirmation as the proforma invoice. Indicate the order number when arranging the payment to:

• Customers with a credit at VPF, can buy without payment in advance.
   
• After choosing your preferred payment option, you will be forwarded to our secured payment system.  You will be asked about your personal payment data.
   
• Once you have completed these steps and your payment command has been confirmed, the actual payment will automatically be processed. 
  
  Note that the payment transactions that VPF-Amsterdam operates are all safely protected by the payment system Docdata (www.docdata.com). All information that is exchanged by means of payment are encoded through the SSL-protocol. This information cannot be tracked, intercepted or used by a third party. Neither will they be saved in our computer system.
