Registration

How do I register as a client?

If you are already a registered client at VPF, you can log in with your client number and password.
If you don’t yet have a client number at VPF, you can easily make a registration application online. We will contact you to confirm your registration. You will receive short instructions to log in to our webshop to use all our services.

Lost or forgotten your password?

Please enter your username or email address on My account – VPF Amsterdam. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

What are the entry requirements?

VPF works B2B. Your valid European VAT number is important. If you are a registered company but not obligated to pay VAT, please provide a copy of your valid registration at the Chamber of Commerce.

How can I get your samples?

You can always receive up to 5 samples for free for each of your projects.
Next to the single-colour samples we have sample books. These are pre-defined selections of all colors of this specific collection and also include samples of similar products. The selection is based on the optical and/or technical characteristics of these materials.

Shipping

How can I trace my order?

VPF provides you with a tracking number of your DPD parcel. Tracking notification is sent automatically on the day of dispatch. Do you need a tracking number of your pallet, please contact us at info@vpf-amsterdam.nl

How to proceed with a damaged parcel?

Please always fill up a damaging report with your deliverer at the moment when you receive a damaged parcel. Take pictures of the damaged parcel. Use VPF’s invoice number as the subject of your claim. Indicate the article number and number of damaged items/meters. Mail all documents to info@vpf-amsterdam.nl. VPF will contact a forwarder to submit a damage claim.

Payment

How do I pay for my order?

VPF provides different payment options: iDeal, PayPal, and credit cards. In this case, our payment provider takes a 4% fee for payment within the EU, and a 6% fee for payment outside the EU.

How can I arrange a refund?

Please always contact us at info@vpf-amsterdam.nl to follow the refund procedure.

ATTENTION PLEASE!
VPF-Amsterdam prepares your orders carefully, but mistakes could be made. Please check the received material on art. number, color, number of meters, type of glue, and backing before further processing. Once a material has been cut or processed, we cannot accept any claims.

PLEASE CHECK NOW!
Properly submitted claims within 10 working days from delivery date. Return shipments will not be accepted without the written agreement of our sales department.

How can I return goods?

Please always contact us at info@vpf-amsterdam.nl in case you face any problems with your shipment. VPF will take care to manage it for you according to our procedures.

How can I cancel my order?

Only on-stock products can be canceled. Contact us to cancel an order.
